I'll give IT this much credit: I rode Space-A today, and was actally able to check-in at a kiosk as an employee.
That hasn't worked in over a year; maybe two.
However, last Thursday, my (and my family's) birthdates had all vanished from the system.
Not perfect (or even as good as it originally was), but getting better.

Reaction to FAA and Delta news,
Delta already announced this morning that it could expand use of these devices on its planes by Nov. 1. Based on the FAA’s guidance, we are working closely with our regional FAA office to begin expanded use of PEDs on some United aircraft, but not all, by Nov. 15, 2013. This will require an extensive coordination effort among several organizations: Tech Ops, Flight Ops, Inflight Services, United’s FAA Certification Management Office and our regional carriers. This work is already under way.

Some UAL planes specifically have computers and displays that are known to be susceptible to RF interference. One being a couple of PS 757's. They have gone so far as to deactivate the WiFi on those planes until the black boxes are changed out. Being a NY PS customer, they expect WiFi. Don't hear the end of that whining for 6 hours when WiFi is turned off....

Might be off subject but does it bother anyone when skynet puts out info like today mentioning starting ord to sju service? Shouldn't they say that we are going to go back to the ord sju service we have been doing for years?

Yes! UAL has been doing that crap for years... Pulling out of a city pair, then years later restarting it and acting like they are the first airline in the world to fly the city pair when they reactivate it.
SFO-TPE ,IAD-ZRH and this ORD-SJU for example.
