This is the one-stop place for trying to fix/improve our company. I have heard that many have gotten good result here. I did not, elevated issue to higher level, with no resolution. However I will continue to use it when necessary. This is our company and it's sink or swim now. May as well try to make it better.

I have tilted at more than one windmill here with not much result, but I found the same in my previous job in a large beauracracy (not an airline). Large organizations are plagued by "not my idea, not my job, and my plate is already full." I'm not a businessman so I don't have a business card. Fly safe, get along, go home.

They will never run out of Marvin Mainliners stepping up thinking they are saving the airline.

Blastmail.
The following is from MEC Pass Travel Coordinator
Special Travel Alert for furloughed United pilots flying at sCO
As a result of the HR computer consolidation, all previously furloughed UAL pilots who are flying at sCO are unable to log on to Flying Together and are therefore unable to list for pass travel or the jumpseat using the normal procedures.
While the company expects this to be fixed within the next few days, there is a procedure available for all those affected to still be able to list for travel 24/7. Those affected can either call a live person during business hours at the Employee Travel Center, or call the automated number at the United Pass Line (UPL) 24 hours a day.
PS, getting a blastmail every couple of days now addressing a current problem. A very refreshing change from the once-a-week droner I used to get.

Also another example of why this management team lost almost a billion dollars in revenue in the third quarter. They fail at every turn.
