It will go over a billion. You had money because Tilton didn't invest in the product for years which is why we are parking the 752s. If he had tried to keep up with others he would have burned through the cash. (read the arbitrators findings to confirm this).

There was no paying off CAL debt. You still had financing at 17% that we capitalized on and got less that 8% on.
sUALs WB fleet had premium seating and all fleets econ plus before the merger. Those substandard planes made good money and led the US in ontime stats the few years leading up to the merger and ended up leading to financing your (our) premo Guppies/Sparkys. Some of the 750mil was also for Prem Seating for sCALs WB fleet which was 2 years behind. You think just maybe that the 752s might be getting parked because they're old? Tilton did invest in the WB fleets just didnt buy new NB planes for obvious and many times stated reasons. But just keep parroting the fatally defective mantra if it makes you feel good. SLI is done...give it a rest!

Can we all just quit the infighting? The decision has been made. None of us can change it. Move on. Have a beer. Spend time with the wife and kids (or whatever). I wish that it would have gone better for me...but it didn't.
Such is life.

Hey not infighting, just showing we all had the good, bad and ugly. Sometimes guys post stuff to incite or even out out half-truths to better each other's side. Hard for me to watch. Contrary to what some think there was no beauty and ugly in this marriage. We all had baggage and faults as well a we have some good from both. IF we can get the good in one bag it will be impressive for what we can do as a pilot group and company. I want this and believe most do here in spite of their less than mature postings. If you see most of my previous postings I am all about unity and moving forward. Working between Denver and Chicago has show me a lot and how similar are the two groups.
