What's your definition of "very close"?

+/- 2% There are some groups on either side that exceed that depending on where you sit on the list, but from what I can tell, about 90% of us fall in that range.

It's too benefit L-UA pilots...get real.

GK is a 570 which is a almost scab. He is slotted next to pilots 2 years DOH senior to him. As much as I don't like the pr%$, this does nothing to help his case. I don't know why he is doing it.

All of us can look at our personal situation, and find a reason to be torqued off. Or we can get on in life. I am wanting to get on in life.

The real action in this ISL was in the bottom 25%. The UAL side tried to get longevity credit for furloughs, and won the argument. But lets keep things in perspective. They are still in the bottom 25%. If their average age is 50, an they are 93%, their career still blows.

They should have gone to JB, or somewhere else, 11 years ago.

The other 75% are slotted in with pilots +-2 years of our DOH. So be it. It is what it is.

Positive rate, gear...................

Company has posted a table that shows the junior pilot in every seat in every base, based on the ISL seniority numbers. Sign in required. If it doesn't link after signin, go to Flight Operations in left column, sCO Staffing in right column.

Range of Junior Pilot in Operation

Systemwide junior captain is 9821, EWR 737.

So many UAL guys don't realize it, but this award in soooo many ways, ignores the precedent of past, and sets new ground for the future ... Without the policy change, this award never ever would have looked this way ... go review history ... Rarely have furloughed pilots been placed above active pilots ... Extremely rare in the history of arbitrations ... And the hybrid methodology has never been used ... This will haunt all of us again sometime in the future.

I find it unusual that pilots who were at an airline that shrank every year for 4 years, furloughed pilots, and pushing Captains back to FO, then magically once the merger happened, grew in a way they have NEVER SEEN at their airline, and somehow believe it was all organically driven.

Of course this includes opening pilots bases in three of its merger partners hubs and flying 86% of the merger partners routes than had previously been flown by the exact same fleet they just parked to be able to get merger approval from the DOJ.

Can't wait for the next vacancy bid to happen, and can't wait for 787 #25 to land, scheduled in Dec 2015, just over two years away.
