Related to the above, does anyone know what happens if you don't make it past the Hogan Assessment? Email? Phone call? Nothing?

From what I understand, you get the same thanks but no thanks email that follows an unsuccessful interview.

Has anyone that got a call for an offer received the follow up email with the official offer?

Anyone from mid-late September (weeks of the 16th & 23rd) gotten a call for a class? Trying to get a feel for where the cut line is for the 3, 10, & 14 December classes.

Thanks!

Default Timeframes

Anyone have any updated Timeframes for initial call/hogan/interview? I received the initial call last Monday the hogan email this Monday morning and took it shortly after. Now waiting on the phone call or email.

Hey SuperTug,

My timeframe was as follows...initial call came in, returned call and received the link for the Hogan test...took it 3 day later, then the very next day got a call back, but missed it (Friday) so I could not talk to anyone until the following Monday morning...was told then, that they were setting up interviews for the week of Oct 22-25th, which was about 18 days out...interviewed that week, and got a phone call EXACTLY one week later that I got the job. Class possibly late February...hope this helps. The waiting between each step is the hard part.

Also very similar to my experience. I received the initial screening call on Oct 2nd. Later that day received the email link for the Hogan. I took it a couple of days later so I could be uninterrupted. A few days passed and a different person emailed telling me that she wanted to schedule the interview / sim eval. At that time she had slots for Oct 22, 23 and the last week of Oct.
I interviewed and it was 10 days later (the following Friday) that I was called with the good news. Indeed the waiting is tough. Hang in there.
The whole process is a class act in my opinion. Nothing tricky just wanting to get to know you. A late Feb class as well.

Best of luck.

Any truth to the rumor I heard that United "flushes" your app from their stack if your First Class medical is more than 6 months old?

Not true at all! When it comes time to pull candidates for interviews you will be skipped because you are not current. All applications should be updated at a minimum every six months and your 1st class medical up to date. No apps are flushed except when the person responds with remove my from the list due to xyz...
