MIL Pilot, all fighter time - 2200 TT, 600 IP/SEFE, 1900 multi-enging turbine PIC, Director of Operations, Chief of Safety, M.B.A. also attended a job fair and recently completed training with a regional. Concur with Mooney, it was a great experience. I highly recommend ECIC for the interview portion and FTI for the sim prep. Congrats to those hired, looking forward to working with you. Good luck to those still waiting for the call, the proverbial flood gates are at least starting to leak. Make sure you do everything you can to prepare for the call.

To be totally honest, I would expect it to be awhile. The only fast track way I know of is to have a letter of recommendation of a Chief Pilot Level type. Rec's from us line pukes help, but almost everyone who applies has those. I have a friend who I've recommended who has 16,000 hours, most of it RJ Captain, and he still hasn't gotten a call. Wish you the best, and just keep plugging. It'll loosen up soon hopefully
I have one. Still waiting.
