SENIORITY LIST UPDATE
The CAL and UAL MECs have received word from the arbitrators that they are on track to complete the Integrated Seniority List (ISL) in approximately one week. While there can be no guarantees that the ISL will be complete within seven days, the CAL and UAL MECs are making preparations to be in session late next week in the event that the ISL is received from the arbitrators. We will keep you informed should we receive further word.

Well, I can say it louder and more emphatically than you, and it sounds more honest when I say it, and more people will believe me than you ... really, just because you say so it must be so? Get over it.

There will be no stealing, no theft, no ill-gotten gain, no sly of hand, no deception ... that may all be percieved, but the arbs' list will be the reality that we all will live with ... and they alone get to decide what fair and equitable equate to w/regards to the equities each side possesed and how they relate to building the UCH pilot list. I really hope you run out of drama soon.

Thanks for the info!

Talk about Kabuki. On track to finish in a week? Why? Because they have to hand write each name in calligraphy? They have to wait until the dissenting arbitrator dies from his hunger strike? It's the most ridiculous concerted misinformation I have yet to witness in my airline career. I don't know if it's the $150 million dollar payment, or 14-02A, or something else, but I do not believe either MEC is telling the whole truth, and I do not believe the list is still a work in progress.

Perhaps because the process was not quite as simple as "tweaking the UAL proposal" as so many here have purported the outcome to be. We shall see soon enough.

They seemed quite interested in the program we used to construct our proposal. All they need to do is plug in the parameters, finish with some minor tweaking and it's done. I bet they spend more time writing the construct methodology, concurring and dissenting, if any, opinions

Maybe since reps on both sides think their ALPA time may be numbered, they want to maximize their ALPA drop and monthly credit times. On the UAL side they can pick up open time, and then ALPA drop it. 130 credit hours. Whoo hoo!

This whole ISL debacle happens to be timed perfectly, over the summer! What a surprise.

Maybe ALPA wants to sit on 150 mil as long as possible, collecting interest?

Who knows. But it stinks. Again.

The misinformation is killing me.

ALPA never got any of the "lump sum" money. The money that hasn't been disseminated is still in the company coffers. When it's time to pay the next "tranche" of money, it will be paid through the company just like previously.

No one at ALPA is in Vegas right now gambling the remaining lump sum, contrary to the conspiracy theorists.
