For the $150M Amount, a Payment Date will occur no later than thirty (30) days after the later of the following: 1) the SLI Date, and 2) the date ALPA provides written authorization to the Company pursuant to the requirements of the ALPA Policy which will include a list of the pilots and the dollar amounts (of the $150M Amount) to be paid to or on behalf of pilots on the list.

You gotta love the buffoons that run our union. In the latest l-UAL MEC update, they dispel myths about the ISL being finished, but they are holding onto it. The next sentence the say they "expect" the decision End of Aug/early Sept. The arbs leaked when but not the result?

I totally agree. Of course, it might also have something to do with the fact that the ISL triggers a $150 million dollar payment. Money does funny things.

If Jay Hepner says HE does not support holding back the ISL ruling than I believe him and it won't happen. For all the conspiracy prognosticators, my theory is the ARB's are in surgery trying to "cut the baby in half" and that is the reason for the delay. If they were deciding to follow sUAL's or sCAL's ISL recommendations, we would have a decision by now. Standby with the tissue cause I think we all will be crying over their ruling.
