Lol it's always interesting to hear their perspective.

I do think THAT would have happened. As someone else pointed out the LAX base was gonna happen. You give us all the flying your Airbus, and 756 took from EWR and IAH and it would be close to even. I would gladly trade what ever short term growth that may have occurred to not be chained to the Titanic.

After being on these boards I was hoping it was just Staller or whatever he is calling himself these days that was looney, but there are people that are using real money to propagate their own crazy. Please reread this thread, or any other thread on here. I think you will agree with me when I say, I really really wish this Merger had NEVER happen.

And of course there aren't any a320/319s flying old L-CAL flights into and out of old L-CAL hubs. Lame argument is lame.

The bus flying in 3 sCAL hubs is significantly less flying then the guppy flying in 7 sUAL hubs...lame that you didn't mention that whipsaw fact.

Nope. I think all was on the up and up and no black helicopters involved. Everything has been fair and orderly (except the PS--that was wrong for many reasons). I'm just agreeing with sleeves that I'd rather have gone it alone. If we're going to eventually liquidate anyway I'd rather have taken the chance of surviving as an independent airline.

Just stay in EWR and IAH and I bet things will seem great for you.

It has been. Just as "all politics is local" so is QOL. I (we) were just fine in EWR and IAH (and GUM and CLE), with no grand hope to be the largest carrier or fly the -400. No furloughs, decent schedule, captain upgrades, financially stable. Now, after SLI, possible displacement, nonvol commute, equip change with another 4 weeks in "TK". Oh well.

Is this a joke or is this real? If this is real someone needs to see a shrink.
