Just a wild guess, but I "think" he's referring to the term that the L-UA MC & Legal Team used within the SLI Arbitration Transcripts.......Yes, it's in there.

SPARKY got a reprieve with the latest LHR Ethiopia fire. Boeing is blaming the ELT made by Honeywell. Rumor has it that Boeing is recommending the ELT be relocated from the SPARKY to the airline CEO offices as a safety measure to protect the SPARKY. The FAA and NTSB are studying the recent Boeing recommendation.
