I need a little help. I have been invited to the 12/14 class. I received some email attachments from CV. When I go to IAH for the drug screening, I am required to bring a fingerprint request form, and a National Drivers Record Request. These two forms were not included in the attachments that CV sent me, and I am not sure how to get those documents. Anyone take the drug screening recently that can shed some light on this for me? Thanks!

I have the NDR request form that I submitted before I applied just to be sure. PM me and I'll be happy to email it to you assuming it is the same one they want. Can't help you otherwise as I'm still waiting on a phone call

Its about culture... and who controls it.... The United pilot culture is about pilots who own and control it... we are fighting the scab management owned culture.... this includes regular line CAL pilots who think this is the norm...
IMHO, no other pilot group has owned the pilot culture better than United....
