I thought I'd pass along solid info regarding class expectations.
With all the rumors about UA accelerating classes I figured I would go straight to the source and ask Doris. I interviewed on 17 Sep and Sandra told me to expect a Jan class date. Doris looked at the class chart, and based on my interview date and last four 37XX I will see the 1-11 Dec indoc class and to expect the letter from Sandra at the end of Oct or first couple dates of Nov. I asked about training and was told that will likely be after Christmas but she wasn't certain of that.

Sorry....my fault for not being more specific.
Has anyone been called for a short notice class offer to cover a slot opening up? For example: can you be here in three days to fill a cancellation?
Also FYI, CJO on 10/15 and told to expect 12/8 class, so things look very accelerated......

Great work man. I recieved a CJO on the 24th of Sept after my interview...2xxx SSN. I'm hoping to be in the same boat. Do you know if they go lowest to highest...or highest to lowest for SSN? I imagine I will be fairly close to you in class pickup date...or at least I hope.
Hiring board meets on a wed +- 1 day, and reviews the previous weeks (m-f) candidates. Succesful candidates are lined up for a class date by last 4 of ss#.
xxx-xx-0xxx = good
Xxx-xx-9xxx = bad
Once in class, it goes by age.
