FYI, the recalls just received their tentative class assignments for Oct, Nov, and Dec and none of the classes totally filled up with 48 pilots spread over 9 classes. They said all the classes will be "topped off" with new hires and with 12-16 pilots per class.

Thanks for the info. Any idea if all those that accepted recall have class dates, or how many spots that leaves for poolies?

I think our paths crossed as I edited my post with that info. Right now it is 48 and looking at the employee numbers some are presumably VFs or LOAs returning.
All have class dates but more can always come off bypass anytime. Anybody can do the math with the number changing depending upon specific class sizes (which was not shared).

Hey guys, just curious who are the most recent poolies to be offered class (when were they hired)? Who's next in line? Just trying to get a good idea of where I sit. They told us by mid January for sure but talking to friends at UAL they say it should be well before years end. Thanks!

Just to let you know, I interviewed at the end of August, so my class date should have been around Nov 5, but I am not available (due to overseas contract) until Dec 4th. I am guessing I will be offered a Dec 10th class, so everyone hired behind me will be bumped up one.
