I haven't even started yet so take all this with a grain of salt. Your last four combined with your CJO will determine your start date. Once you hit indoc, your age will determine seniority within the class. In regards to your post about 76t's, no more are supposed to drop until the end of the year. Plan on 73 vs the 320. Read the forum which compares the two for some good info. Congrats on the offer and welcome to the pool.
Cheers,

Last 4 of SS determines which class u get put in. A low SS# gets assigned a class first. When u make it to class Seniority in class is determined by age. Older U are the more senior in class and hence higher bidding power when you pick fleet type and base on day 2 of indoc. Hope that helps

Welcome to the club boys and girls. Its been a long wait for the majority of you and a painful one at that. But just know that those that have a class date, those that are waiting for one and those about to interview.....WELCOME its great to have you.

Anyone know the Aircrafts and base? Asking for a friend

I do know for a fact that seniority is determined by age within a given class.

I don't believe that this is correct, or perhaps it only applies to the few applicants who interview on the exact same date. If SSN generally determined when one was pulled from the pool, someone with a high number could conceivably swim indefinitely while others interviewed and were awarded classes following them.

Can anyone in the pool speak to the average number of LOR's successful applicants have had in recent months? I've got three, none of which are internal, and fear that I may be waiting forever for an interview. Would more non-internal LOR's help, or do I need to start befriending United employees?
