Pull them for your own piece of mind but they won't ask for them from you because of HR rules. They can only accept that information from an official source. The purpose of you pulling it is so you can check for inaccurate information and be able to disclose any violations on your application. You do not want them coming to you later to ask about the reckless driving ticket you didn't mention whether it is correct or not.
It's one thing to say "my driving record shows a reckless driving violation and that is inaccurate. Here is the documentation showing I have started the process with the courts to get the incorrect information removed from my record. I will provide the resolution documents once that's completed."
Or
"Yes I was young and dumb. XYZ happened and I learned ABC from it."
Vs being in class and having them pull you out to talk about a situation that wasn't disclosed.

Thank you all so much for the advice!
