How are base/equipment assignments handled in ground school? I assume they have a bid early in indoc- what is the time frame for getting base assignments?

You will do a mock bid on day 1 and a real bid on day 2 most likely. You will know right then what your fleet and base is.

I have immense respect for the civilian guys that came up the hard way. I met several new hires the night before my interview. All awesome guys and girls. Also, all 9 except one were regionals. Civilians are definitely getting in. And in my mil unit, I'm the only one that has gotten an invitation to interview with United.

BTW, I have to plug Cage. Dee dee rocks. And FTI for the sim. Best $1500 (between the two) ever spent.
