I would have listed my one (and only) ticket that I've ever had, but when I pulled my drivers report it didn't show. I had two law enforcement buddies run a check as well (one is a city cop, the other a county deputy); I also had my insurance agent check my driving record.
There wasn't anything anywhere in my drivers history.
I'm not worried about it. I am worried about missing the boat and not getting an email/call from UAL.

Agreed. They will make you sign your app at the interview. If you sign it saying no tickets when you know full well you have one, you're playing a dangerous game. Why does this even need to be discussed?

FWIW, during my initial indoc at UAL the new-hire manager came into the class and escorted off the property a classmate who had conflicting information on his application and the deep background check that was completed after he started. It turns out there are data mining companies that record all infractions regardless of what a normal driving record would show and particularly in reference to minor stuff that would normally be expunged.
Naturally the new-hire in question had also just resigned his position at his previous regional so he was totally SOL from an employment perspective.
Ironically, the pilot's record was relatively minor but UAL's legal department had a cow in regard to a "falsified" application and UA's potential future liability in the unlikely event the pilot was ever involved in an incident.
I hate to say it, but if one cannot answer this question truthfully --or cannot figure out how to answer it at all-- does not belong at a major airline.

Oh for Gawds sake, fine! I put my one and only traffic ticket in 27 years of driving on my app.
Ugh... I'm really not worried about it. I was running late, I was pulled over, I paid the ticket.
Some of you make mountains out of molehills.

The common theme is we are trying to look out for you. Trust me (I have no dog in this fight), if your 1 ticket is the straw that breaks the camel's back then UAL isn't for you. Hell, I even listed the stupid parking ticket for 20 Euro I got in Germany 5 years ago (which was bogus). Do you think they really care? I doubt it. But, to me that's not the point. Can United trust that you'll tell them truth even if it's something you wish you could sweep under the rug?
If you really think nondisclosure will get you to the top, sweet! I'm one applicant closer to getting called.
You beat me to the reply. Do the right thing because it's right not because we pressured you. Good luck bro.
