We are trending around 82-84% on interview to hire rates.

Anyone know how long it would take for a new hire to get to SFO? I was told it was junior by an FO I met on an airport bus.

Hard to tell. There wasn't much movement in SFO last bid, but to put in perspective, about 90% of the FOs there, on wide bodies, can hold Capt. The 737 and 320 certainly are the junior aircraft. Perhaps two years as a guesstimate. I guess it all depends on how many new hires that are in class now, or in the coming months, want to go out there.
Good luck!

This. It will all depend on movement, if any, IMHO.

But...if UAL hires the announced 1300-1600 pilots in the next 18 months there could be some very junior pilots in SFO.

Historically at LUAL the bottom narrow bodies pilots (RSV) in SFO were VERY junior but until things shake out there is no certainty.

Those are the numbers that make it after they already passed the Hogan's. I believe the number from pre-Hogan invites up to job offer runs about 70-75%

Just filled out the Hogan test this afternoon and looking forward to a positive outcome. Thanks for the "odds" on an interview and contingent offer.

Calls starting to go out for Oct 7th class:

13 total
8 new hires
5 returnees from LOA/furlough

All EWR A320. Word is that no 737 until November.

Interviewed last week and still no word either way. Any idea how long between interview and a call these days? As much as I love the doubling of my heart rate every time the phone rings, and the frustration with the VM's I get that are NOT UAL every time I land asking if I have heard back yet, the anticipation is slowly killing me......
