The west coast is a struggle right now, and has been with the 787 fence, closing SEA 777, LAX 747, and moving the 747 back to ORD. This is the first vacancy bid with any real spots to the west coast since the ISL. Hopefully it will start to stabilize. Traditionally the west coast is junior simply because of the living expenses. So hang in there, and hopefully it swings back sooner rather than later.

Congrats and welcome to all that have been called. As the starter of this thread about a year ago, I can remember the excitement. Despite some of the grumbling you may hear, this is by far the best job in the world. Enjoy the 8 ball ceremony. Now c'mon second year pay!

Hi guys, I'm managing the Poolie Update now that MPAdriver is in class.
In the transition we're missing some information on the July 15th class. If you are in the 7/15 class please message me and include any info they gave you over the phone related to class size, equipment breakdown, and anything else at all!
For the July 22nd folks, please let us know when you hear anything this week. I hope to post another Poolie Update by Thursday and would like as many 7/22 pilots included as we can get.

Howdy all-
I already posted in the "Who's Been Hired…" thread, but figured I'd dive into the pool thread too. See what I did there? I made a swimming reference. Because of the "pool" thing. Classic.
Anyway, I'm one of those June interview folks, expecting a call in August for a September class. Can't WAIT to get started! Hoping to weasel into something trans-Atlantic, but I'll just be happy to join the team. C'MON, PHONE!
