Don't know if this is still current, but worth a try. Might have to select "United" in the places it says to select "Continental." Be sure to disable the pop-up blocker. At some point you'll have to log into Citrix receiver and cpat, cpat are ID and password.

Skyebrowser Setup for Continental (MAC OSX)
To connect to Skyebrowser, you must install a Citrix program on your computer
Log on to the Skyebrowser website: SKYEBROWSER Sign-In using Username & Password: continental
There will be a delay after signing in (A black page will pop up for a few seconds while loading)

FIRST TIME USERS
• Select the ICA Client Installs link as shown above.
• Select MAC OSX from Desktops option on Citrix page.
• Select Download for Receiver (5.49 MB)
• Select Download Now to begin Citrix Download Manager
• Select “CitrixReceiver_11.4.dmg” from Downloads folder
• Select Install Citrix Receiver.pkg
• Go through installation process. You will see the following steps.
• Return to Skyebrowser Website: SKYEBROWSER
• Sign-In using Username & Password: continental
• Select SKYEBROWSER Client List link
Select the launch.ica download if it appears in download folder.
You will see this while starting Citrix...
• Select Continental from Client List.
• Continental LMS should appear. Login as usual.

RETURNING USERS
• Skyebrowser Website: SKYEBROWSER
• Sign-In using Username & Password: continental
• Select SKYEBROWSER Client List link
Select the launch.ica download if it appears in download folder.
You will see this while starting Citrix...
• Select United Airlines from Client List.
• Continental LMS should appear. Login as usual.

Looks like the instructions are slightly out of date, but since all one is doing is running a Virtual Machine (VM) it should work on any platform provided there is a Citrix Receiver for it.

FWIW, the current Mac version is 11.8 (free download).

And yes, it works just fine on this Mac (2012 MBP/OSX 10.8.4). Anybody can try this at home by installing Citrix Receiver and then going to the SKYEBROWSER Returning Users section in the instructions above. It will take one all the way up to the sign-on to LMS but if you can get that far it means it works.

Nope. I don't even know my LMS sign-on (life is good). Besides, I'd rather go through a full A320 course for the 5th time---I could use the sleep.

But I was curious if the Mac would work since I already had Citrix installed for a different reason.

Heck, many of the pilots that are senior wind up working 9 months out of the year after taking vacation and have 1000 hours of SL. They can burn the SL at 100% pay instead of the buyout at pennies on the dollar.
Nope, but I am sure there are several that are sitting ok or have other sources that will certainly take it. I'm guessing they wont have a problem exhausting the funding.

Question on degrees. Does one stand a chance of being hired without a degree? Up here in Canada degrees are not required for AC and WJ.

Chance? Yes.

Is it a good chance? No.

There are just too many highly qualified candidates with degrees. FWIW, here are the stated minimums.

Flight Time Requirements

Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time
Minimum of 1,000 hours of fixed-wing turbine time

Glad they raised the minimum above 250 hours.
