Wait. You talking about airlines or what the co-owners of your boat do to you once you get underway?

You've lost all credibility here. Just move on. Or create a new username.

I've had DMC on ice in my secret lair hoping for ideas on what to do with him for almost 20 years when the power went out after my beloved Enron flopped and he's been on the lamb ever since. He's assumed some fake implanted memories from the 80's - at least he's not on the Charlie's Angel's rants anymore, those were tiring. He's moved onto a self loathing identity of a commuter pilot who was hired in 2000, as you've all been forced to endure in the above post. So in any regard... a 29 year old GMO monkey with 4 stripes and a stiffie has been on the loose ever since. I think we have him cornered, he's assumed yet another fake identity and has a penchant for advocating in front of mediation boards as of late. But he's doing so well, I hate to interrupt. Just maybe, he will become the fever dream of 1983 after all.
Best explanation so far! It also explains Tim M

It isn't going to really make any difference if they use the snapshot from 2010 or now. Each side has had quite a few retirements and your relative position will end up the same. I'm sure the arbitrators can figure out who is still on the property and who has retired.

There is a big difference between 2010 and 2013 due to all the bids. Kind of like when a capt orders an expensive dinner and then says let's split the check.

It's also a matter of principle. Something I feel some in cal alpa are void of.

I've always had one message and that is pierce was working with the company and doing things to improve his lot over the rank and file pilot. You can turn it into anything you want but if you go back and re-read any of my post they were targeted at the tone and method of pierce's actions as they occurred. If you take the time you'll find I've been proven right by both the UAL and cal side of the forum and court rulings.
Now you closet trolls can get in your circle and select a pivot to lead - you will never see me or many of the UAL pilots there - it's a cal and cal wannabe thing. And why do cal pilots from IAH have their name imprinted on the back of their belts - so pierce and Jeff can see who **** *** *******

Just trying to keep his hands out of your pockets - as smart a map school graduate as you are, you still support that guy. He's done nothing for anybody but himself. He'd sell you out in a clock tick!

So why didn't your reps/MEC stop him, or out flank him? After all, you guys are the big bad unionists that all bow down too ... Or are you just miffed that you were out-maneuvered, played and accosted all at the same time? Or did you just think that our little scrappy club was going to roll over like an addict who needed a quick fix?

That's what it is. Its those 3 things. Its in writing. Lots of witnesses, including the person that wrote the policy, testified why those are in there.

UAL's side used those three things. CAL's side said "Captains with Captains" then went 1 for 1, integrating 737 Capts with 747 Capts, then a bunch of CAL FOs with UAL Captains, then all the UAL widebody FO's with CAL 737 FOs, then stapeled the rest stating it was "overstaffing"

Right......
It is NOT just those 3 things. YOU are not following current ALPA merger policy when you advocate such things. Merger policy clearly states "Not limited to". That means other things can be considered besides those 3 things.

Just curious, but what else did the CAL side consider?
