If the moderators don't see it then someone needs to point it out.

First...under profit sharing guidelines...ALL groups were portioned out a given amount of money from the pot. The company AGREED that if one group did not receive/claim their allocation that it would NOT change the other individual payouts!
***S-UAL would not have received any more money had s-CAL not received anything***

Go find somewhere else to spew your anger!
Here's the deal. They just found in the arbitrators opinion that the company should not have negotiated profit sharing outside of the contract. I got a small check. I was on mil leave most of the time. I used it. If the UAL bros get more money out of the deal because they didn't get anything "extra" then good on them. Why do you care if they get a little summer bonus check courtesy of Jeff's poor management team? I don't.

Also, the ignore feature works really well. I don't have to read any garbage on here.

If the UAL pilots DIDN'T in fact get a PS check, they deserve one, if if they called it something else to fool us, they don't deserve anything else. JMHO of course.......................
You're kidding, right?

Really? All the guys on here say they DIDN'T get any PS............which is quite a fabrication, or as Sunvox would call it: A LIE. And why didn't we deserve it? I and everyone else worked our butts off for it, so we earned every penny of PS, just like you did. How we ended up with it might cause you a bit of grief, but this "L-ual" of we deserve everything and the CAL pilots deserve nothing is getting a bit old. Seriously guys, get over yourselves. You're NOT the same airline you were in the 80's whether you believe it or not.

It wasn't in your contract. It is really that simple. It doesn't matter how hard you worked - it wasn't in your contract. So, Pierce went under the table and traded a 200K (max estimate) grievance for 40 mil. Seems like a fair trade. Can't imagine what else he had to agree to in exchange.

Man-up and own-it - you cal guys didn't want to hold you mc and mec accountable. You let them steal for you and now you want to call others liars for pointing it out. If you don't want to be treated like cal of the 80's then don't act like cal of the 80's. Ask how the rest of industry sees the cal pilots - you'd be surprised at that answer too.

Exactly, one deserves what is in their contract...nothing more/nothing less.

Hold our MEC accountable for what? Getting us something we EARNED and DESERVED. Stealing OUR hard earned money? Yet you guys deserved it? Yeah, right! You guys say you got NOTHING. Really? NOTHING? Not buying that for a second. You REALLY need to get over your hatred of JP and the CAL pilot group. As far as the rest of the industry? They were hoping you'd wither and die so they could swoop in like vultures on a dead carcass and get what little meat was left on the bone. Lucky for you CAL saved your hide. The SURVIVING COMPANY is CONTINENTAL. Can't handle that, can you staller? I'll move along..............this thread is beyond ridiculous.
