This stops when each of us with our engrained prejudices retire.. Yes both sides.......These wounds are deep....and will always be there....Poke someone here, you will get it back plain and simple just be man enough to take it.

Precisely correct. The difference being I am speaking towards a solution and guys like OLECAL and staller are simply practicing general D-Bagery for the sport of it.
