Maybe when we have a decent product like Continental had, I will not be embarrassed.

Move on and stop reminiscing on your glory days as a high school running back Al Bundy !!

The ONLY thing that I am comparing is the ridiculousness of these two comments. YOU guys didn't "hire" Frank Lorenzo anymore than we guys "caved" on scope. Either case it was circumstances out of our (meaning pilot groups) control.
Please explain to me "this" sense of entitlement?

I am sure you don't have to say jack...probably pretty obvious with your XCON and I Love ExpressJet gear plastered all over yourself and bags. Maybe when we move on from the touted Continental management we can all move on to a good product that we all once had (albeit at different times). Good for you on experiencing a couple good years out of your former company's history. Hopefully the investors and board will get tired of failure and excuses and bring in new blood..they clearly aren't cutting it.

Our management has blown it will agree there. It's hasn't been all CAL folks though but I agree they have blown it. I had high hopes, tough to defend those bozos.

With that on mind and since we are delving into ancient history... Tell me that you guys didn't destroy EAL, completely trash every one of their pilot's careers, kick ALPA off the property, turn your whole pilot group into a scab work force, drop the industry bar for pay, benefits and work rules, and generally run the scurge of the airline in the industry for well over a decade. Refresh MY memory please.
If you want to compare dark history to dark history? You win. Or do we need to set a time limit on when we can talk about our dark history. Ten years ago? Twenty years ago, when does it stop and what does it accomplish?
