Getting worried? Seems that you and Staller have your panties in a wad over JP and the CAL Merger Committee.

So again I ask this question, why would Sismek have given us an acceptable JCBA during the three years JP 'stalled' negotiations? The company's opener was old DAL contract with up to 250 95 seat jets I believe. Do you believe 50%+1 would of voted yes from something negotiated from that turd?
By assigning the blame to the CAL side for the 3 year delay you are making it a given that this management team was ready to give us a fair deal prior to DAL 2012!?! That is quite an argument sir. Sure blame JP some, but this blanket 3 year delay accusation ignores the reality of who was in the other side of the negotiating table.

Barron over at EWR stated early on that he and his gang would be more than happy to see L-UAL spend another 5 years under the BK contract. Any wonder that things went the way they did? That was the problem. L-UAL had two entities on the other side of the table that had no interest in a joint contract anytime soon.
