Got the email March 5.
5 weeks later, got the verification call.
1 week later, got the personality fit inventory email.
1 business day later (weekend in between), got the interview invite.
So that was my schedule and appears to be typical, though it varies somewhat from person-to-person as I have seen on the forums here.

Define/clarify "off the street".
The class that started this week is a mix of furlough recall/loa returns and pilots that don't conform to that, poolie, WIA 737 type rating scholarship winner, etc. and that isn't the first from what I understand.
IOW, they didn't work for UAL/CAL as a pilot prior to starting class.

Did you take the Hogan assessment yet? Make sure you log back in after it tells you that you are complete. I failed to do this and it delayed my interview by more than a week. There is a second assessment once you log back in.

Got the email on Mar 4th (same email 300 or so other folks got, according to info posted previously in this thread).
Calls are apparently going out to start the interview process to those that got the email at a rate to fill classes of 12-16 pilots per week.
My call came in at the beginning of this week, got the email for the personality tests a day or two ago.
Next step is either a call for an interview or a 'no, thanks' email.
