Most had paper (traditional) log books, they took them when I showed up (I was about 45 mins early for paperwork turn in and fingerprints)..... They had them in front of me when they brought me in for the panel, no questions at all regarding them, they had already done with them what they needed... I would imagine verified the flight time (mins).

pm me if youd like... I will answer any questions you have. There was not a "non disclosure" statement any of us signed, so I am not giving out any secrets by helping out...... and honestly I have nothing but good things to say about their process anyway, it was great! Hit me up if you need anything.
Pm sent but got an error msg. I imagine your inbox is already full after that invite....

I have had my app in for three weeks, haven't heard anything. I have one UAL 30yr capt rec, one CAL FO rec, one 40 yr UAL FA rec and two externals from previous supervisors.

TT: 3960
PIC: 3667
TPIC: 1820
B300 type
Chief Pilot/Check Airman (Flight school)
CFI/II/MEI
Experience in over 30 different aircraft "types"
Currently a B300 instructor pilot

Does anyone have any advice or idea of my chances?

Most have had their app in for years. Be patient. They are still working through the first 300. There are around 10,000 apps in the system. Speculation is the next round in the fall. So far I don't know of any code breaker. Your numbers sound fine though.

Patience.

You are competing with RJ captains with 10k hrs and many type ratings and jet pic and Checkairman status ...

I know they like check airman

Patience and good luck, united will hire 600 every year for the next 10 years and that is not a joke

There is a massive wave of post 9/11 military aviators on their way out as well.

How much 121 time? If low/zero, it's time to get a job flying for any 121 carrier.

I was just going to point that out..

Without 121 time you are not competitive.

Is there any consideration give to contract flying for the military? Also had my resume walked in to chief pilot's office by a senior captain and a friend contacted CV directly to review my app.

I dont know what the selection process entails but I hope that having 121 time, PIC Jet time and things like a check airman letter would put guys like me in front of those that have only turbo-prop part 91 time. However the airline hiring process is a little enigmatic in that regard so perhaps your chances are as good as mine. Good Luck
