Retiring from the CNATRA staff but currently flying the TC-12s from VT-35.

Will another round of initial emails be sent out to the next most-qualified group of applicants?

Initially, I heard a second round was to be sent before May 31, then August 31, then "there won't be any more emails."

Any insight?

No, just a phone call a few days ago, then the e-mail for the personality assessment.

This would be fantastic news, if its true. Means two more shots at getting an email.

As a 2007 Lual hire I will only be half way up the combined list in 2026. So 75% is a bit high...

I just retired this week from the Navy, from TW-2 in Kingsville, would love to get an email and call. I'm in the pool with Republic and PSA right now, interview with Air Wisconsin this Wednesday but I'd love to get that call!!

I don't think we will see 90/100 seat airplanes at UA. American used to have them (F-100) and those routes are now flown by CRJ-700's. With 76 seaters now allowed, there won't be a need, plus the larger airframe can be reconfigured overnight to accommodate 88 seats (our next scope battle).

You might be right about not getting the new fleet but then UAL can only have a few 76 seat RJs. If they go above the set number (I can't remember what it is) then they have to add 2.5 mainline aircraft for every 76 seat RJ. The aircraft order has to be a new fleet. It can't be 737's

United will almost certainly have to buy new jets once the scope protections fully kick in. The previous L-CAL scope allowing for unlimited Q-400 flying is gone now, and in less than 2 years UX flying is about to go to half what it is. The only way to pick up that load is with mainline flying.

Those pay rates are on the contract for a reason.
