Thanks! I have 2 LORs from training and check airman guys at CAL as well as some from check airmen and other captains at the airline I work for currently. All together I have 10. Is that a good number or is more recommended?

It all depends on whether enough furloughs take the job offer to fill classes through May.

that is good to hear about the sim being gone.... is there going to be a situational trainer like swa? tech tests?---Balls, you here anything else and you think his info is reliable?

Well that's too bad. I can fly a sim like it's on rails. I just can't fly an airplane for real. And I'm not a very good person.
