Default Voluntary Furlough recall question.

Hey guys I have a couple of questions that might be a grey area. If anybody can answer this, or know someone that can, please pmail me if you know.

I am a 95 UAL vol furlough. I understand the recall process at UAL so no questions there. I am thinking about coming back, but to the CAL side.

1. Before the TA, if I accepted the job offer at CAL, I would come back at my old UAL pay scale, which was 12+ year 320 Capt. Does this still apply, now that we have a TA?

2. After the SLI, if I am still pulling gear in a 737, does my pay go to 737 FO, or do I keep the 12 year Capt pay?

3. After the SLI, there is only one company list. Am I automatically "recalled", and have recall rights at UAL, or does that process go away for me, and I am where I am, a 737 FO including pay?

Thanks in advance for anyone that knows the answer. Pmail is good.

Good questions. I think ALPA is planning on putting out some information on the process going forward.
Does anyone know the date the ISL must be done by??

At most it is a six-month process without scheduling delays...May 2013...plus or minus.

UAL didn't furlough in 1995. I believe he was hired in 1995 and took a voluntary furlough during the most recent furlough('08-'09). Just guessing though.

Yeah, hired late 95, voluntarily furloughed in 08. The first one out the door I believe.

I am between contracts right now, and don't really want to sign one and then resign early.

Are you guessing or do you have something to support this?

Read the Admin manual, Sec 045 - Merger and Fragmentation.

Just add up the steps. There was also some ALPA comm distributed on the issue.
