Default B737 & Airbus Blended Rates

I only found one question where the blended rate is discussed and answered. The rate is different for both fleet types as there are more short bus aircraft vs more small 737. For vacation, training, DH, and any soft you will be paid blended rate instead of what is in the pay rates in the ta. What's worse for the bus pilots is that this table is what will be paid until CMS combination, for A320 and A319 for all time.

B737 -
12 - 187.35
11 - 186.09
10 - 184.65
09 - 183.24
08 - 181.82
07 - 180.42
06 - 179.01
05 - 177.58
04 - 176.16
03 - 174.72
02 - 173.34
01 - 172.00

Bus -
12 - 186.17
11 - 184.70
10 - 183.32
09 - 181.90
08 - 180.49
07 - 179.09
06 - 177.68
05 - 176.25
04 - 174.83
03 - 173.39
02 - 172.01
01 - 170.67

Both, from the union Q&A. They only list one blended rate, which looking at it, is 12 year capt, DOS. The rest is extrapolated for DOS only.

Don't worry. This TA is going down tomorrow. The bust fleet can take comfort in that these above blended rates will not be imposed. The current $138 rate will stay in effect for at least 9 more months.

If the TA goes "down" tomorrow, I'll be having the biggest tequila shooter - porterhouse - bikini dance party ever thrown in the month of December. If Ya know where "The Woodlands" are, Ya'll R invited.

Same question applies to you as well. How bad would it have to be or exactly what would it take for you vote no?

So we are supposed to vote this TA down because the Bus blended rate is 186 vs the 188 in the published rates? Is that the point of this thread?

Simple point was when you hear items like this that make this less of desirable ta and you continue to say, yep I'll vote for it, how much worse does it need to be for you to have voted no?

Sounds like you'd have voted no even if they gave you UA C2000 with full retro.

If it met the expectations were were told to expect and come to believe we would achieve that, I would do the same due diligence that I did to this ta. I would be a lot closer to voting yes with several modifications to this ta. I'm betting I was a lot closer to voting yes on this ta than most yes voters voting no.
