Festivus?
Just curious. Anybody know why one would find out about the company holiday party only by discovering that it's in the hotel where we're staying for training? I realize there are much more obvious concerns at the moment.

I believe it was posted on the CPO door in IAH. That was the only place I think I ever saw it. They welcome you with open arms?

Nah, I walked by with my ID hanging from my neck, luggage in hand, and asked about it. They said I would've had to buy a ticket, which they didn't have. Heaven forbid the employee holiday party have employees. It's cool, I got food and drink upstairs. But I did get a "Hey, we're gonna be turning off the hot water again" notice, so it's kinda like a warm fuzzy.
