Absolutely, I report with my head held high. From my analysis this TA is a positive overall and the stigma of bankruptcy will be officially behind us. Emotionally I am ready to put the last decade behind. If the TA passes I can, without reservation, say I am proud of our accomplishment.

There are gets in this deal that we haven't accomplished since Blue Skies.

100% Head Held High if this passes. Considering quad-party negotiations with different goals, a weak economy, possible fiscal cliff, etc etc etc, getting a TA that's worth $1 Billion or so the first year alone to this pilot group is a job VERY well done by our JNC.

We paid dearly in bankruptcy to keep a semblance of a qol, and now we lose more. You have to go back to blue skies for a comparative "get?" That speaks volumes.

Sled, maybe your viewpoint, but believe me all the CAL guy I fly with and know are NOT salivating over this TA. It misses the mark for the L-CAL group in key areas. Even our reps have stated the same publicly. What we feared has and will most likely come to fruition by not being able to provide feedback to the MEC before it was sent to the joint pilot group. UA pilots will overwhelming vote this TA into passage. I hope I'm wrong, but I've yet to hear a "no" vote from my numerous friends over at UA and they quite frankly are fearful of the future for them (parking jets, lack of movement, trailer park wages etc..)if it does not pass. I understand and can appreciate the concern! That said, don't parade this TA as a big plus for L-CAL for it is NOT!
