FO 737 year 2, 3, 4:

Delta: 93, 109, 112

SWA: 97, 107, 119

Straight from APC. Looks pretty close to me. Delta will surpass them in two years when their new contract matures.

Who gives a flip what the public thinks. I'd have you mowing my lawn for $1 a day if you worked for me.

FO SWA 8,9,10 $143, $144, 148

Stop focusing on pay, just one of the cornerstones that is severely broken.

Just vote no!

Delta $123,125,126

Not even close. Straight from apc and much more realistic where everybody's seniority is.

Well, its still a lot of money, and way more than I'm getting paid. I hope you all pass it. Year one pay for new hires is actually enough to where one can live without pinching pennies. If it passes, I'm applying.

If it passes there will be no hiring for a long time due to the scope relaxation. This is why there is much more then stupid pay rates.

Isn't there around 400+ a year retiring?

Maybe not "way" higher, but if you go strictly by a wage chart, looks like you are right. However DAL's retirement contribution gives them a higher overall hourly compensation.

DALPA TA Brief, SWA Comparison

Based on productivity though SWA may have the opportunity for higher W2s.

Is this worth the rates? If we are offered this scope are the rates worth it? L-UAL has already demonstrated what weight scope carries once before.

Would you guys be willing to have the contract now if there are these scope reliefs:
1. 400 70 seaters limited to 900 nm range?
2. 2016 sunset for unlimited 50 seaters. Not 50 seat airframes but 90 seaters configured with 50 flown by Skywest?
3. Basically park all Airbus, 737-700s over the next 2-4 years; after 2 year furlough protection?

Be careful what UCH pilots need now. UAL claims of right sizing for a merger will be nothing compared to right sizing for all RJ domestic feed.

I sat next to some talkative passengers in the back row of a CR7 this week. Despite numerous announcements they really had no idea that the plane, the crew, and the whole experience wasn't on the mainline UAL. It reminded me of what someone said that UAL simply wants to be a global ticket agent and would happy to not be directly operating any planes at all. As is often said, what good are pay rates when you don't have a job.
