Attention YES voters!
The company is enticing the junior UAL FO's to vote YES by offering $50/hour pay raises. The only problem is that the A320's are likely going to be parked within the next year or two, to be replaced by large RJ's! So, in essence, by voting for this POS contract, you will be getting a nice raise, which will be followed shortly thereafter by a HUGE paycut, as your job gets outsourced!
Why do you think UAL is so reluctant to recall pilots. They know the planes aren't going to be there!
Do not be fooled. The scope section on this contract is going to send the bottom third of the list onto the street.
You have two choices, vote NO on the contract until scope is fixed, or send your app out to Skywest so you don't miss out on the hiring boom that's about to happen over there!
And, the more senior pilots should also note that scope will affect them. Less mainline planes means you're going to have less opportunity to fly as a captain, or upgrade to widebody!
Remember folks, you read it here first!

In case you haven't noticed, UAL has no junior FO's to vote yes on the TA (if we ever see one). Almost Every pilot at United is already maxed out on their current pay scale.

Junior is a relative term. If you are in the bottom third of the list in your respective sub-base, you are junior, irrespective of when your hire date is.
