Horr
My guess is you, like many others here, have only been paid straight hourly pay as a pilot. Read my post again and think again about how premium pay may work.
Oh and the CEO argument didn't work three decades ago and it won't work today.
My eyes don't see as we'll in the dark and EROPa carried its own additional risks.

Regular Guy..
Nowhere do I see you writing about 'Premium Pay' in your posts. But even if you did.. Delta has some of that too..
I also don't see you answering my question about what you are worth.
If I do 5 crossing a month (as a Junior Guy) with a 3 man crew.. for a total of 75 hours.. that's fine. As long as it pays at a PayScale close or better than Delta's.
If the "leaked" Payscales hold true... I'd be getting at least $1049.25 less than my fellow ALPA Brother flying the same trip, same equipment- at Delta.
What ever happened to pattern bargaining?
Yes, I need to see what my International Override is.
What my Perdiem is.
What my B Plan contribution is. (which ties in directly to our pay rates~)
I just don't see how anything in going to make up the difference in our basic payscales.

Motch:
First you asked a question about what I thought I was worth?
Here's my answer, "My worth is not tied up in how much I get paid." I know a bit too frothy for you because you want a dollar amount so you can debate why everyone should vote NO! I also know from years of this profession my LUAL pay is not enough for the level of responsibility I have when flying my airplane.
I also know, as I have stated before, ALPA and my council representatives are this; they represent me and my job at UCH. Because of the scope, the chasm between the LUAL and LCAL work rules and the need to get an ISL completed so those 20 year F/Os I fly with can start exercising their seniority rights I trust my representatives to either affirm or return the TA in the very near future.
Now should my representatives affirm the TA and thus recommend a yes vote, I am making it public that I will vote YES. These men and women are spending more hours reviewing, considering and debating the TA right now than you or I will fly all year combined. So if you want to second guess their abilities and draw personal lines in the sand, be my guest.
Better yet run for council representative, if an ISL is ever accomplished, and make your position count.

Would you guys be willing to have the contract now if there are these scope reliefs:
1. 400 70 seaters limited to 900 nm range?
2. 2016 sunset for unlimited 50 seaters. Not 50 seat airframes but 90 seaters configured with 50 flown by Skywest?
3. Basically park all Airbus, 737-700s over the next 2-4 years; after 2 year furlough protection?
Be careful what UCH pilots need now. UAL claims of right sizing for a merger will be nothing compared to right sizing for all RJ domestic feed.

Are you taking into account a 16% B-Fund contribution with your figures?
