Is this what the leaked info says or do I have a good source? I can't wait to see the entire package {sarc}.

$158.91 is EXACTLY the current DAL rate for 777 11yr FO.
Same DAL FO tops out in 2015 on 12yr pay at $184.59.

The leaked pay scale does not include the 8.5% increase on Jan. 1 2013. I believe that the actual one will (at least I hope that it does).

Can someone post the DAL rates through the life of the TA?

Good luck with that. All I'm hearing is how tough Delta's scope restrictions are. Nevermind the fact they are getting 325 70+ seat rjs. If you want to see the "deer in the headlights" look, ask a pilot what their position is on codeshare.

Yeah, don't worry we pass Delta up after 5 years but funnily enough their contract only goes for 3. I'm sure they won't renegotiate higher rates at the end of their agreement

Has anyone at CAL thought about getting less of a pay raise, if the minimum guarantee is inline with UAL contract?

CAL - 72/76 hours
UAL - 65/70 hours

Just saying..
UAL furloughed CAL retrained

As a UAL furloughed and CAL retrained pilot, I say show me SCOPE first then show me the money. Being on both sides, I see many clashes in culture and the way we think as pilots. Do yourself a favor and actually talk to the other pilots CAL/UAL and vice versa. This will give you a better perspective into what they are thinking, not just heresay...

I know pay banding B757 with A320/B737 will cause many NO votes among many, many UAL B756 pilots. Just a thought...
