Have to agree 100 % here. We can't come up with some redistribution scheme. Because then some "great wise power" has to determine who should be shorted and who should be rewarded and that kind of scheme ends up costing everyone.

W-2 hours multiplied by the difference in rates.

Might be good in theory, what happens when the amount is much greater ( which it will be , bc if it matched it would be 100% retro-which isnt happening) than what is to be distributed?

He hasn't released much that has actually been shown to be factual. I don't have anything to compare it to, so as far as I am concerned it is not factual.

He needs to do a better job of getting the MEC to release information. I've seen enough of the lone ranger aproach. Qaauakerstate, the previous IAH FO rep was much like this guy.

As far as fighting the so-called gag order, where is his FOIA request from the NMB, or a formal legal petition, or law suit? if he's fighting the gag-order he's doing a pretty lame job at it. he won't get ALPA legal to pay for it, but he can and should, or pass the hat at a council meeting.

It's called my BS FLAG!!!

I've flown with BOTH of the above mentioned FO's. I'm here to tell you first-hand that the LAX LEC F/O Rep is no where in the area-code of "Quack-a-wack".

Apples v Oranges.....and beyond!

I don't know about that.........

Just having flown with him doesn't show you much.

I have read the minutes of the meetings. So far, he has shown that he does not know how to drive results. That's not a crime by any means, but I see both the Instructor rep and the Cleveland reps having more influence on the process than he does.

wave the flag all you want. I am from Missouri..........Show me results.

You Sir, are clueless. Your so called influential CLE Reps are the reasons our MEC is so effed up. The LAX F/O Rep has been fighting the GOB mindset since he was elected and along with the LAX CA and IAH Rep's are trying to change things for the better.

Once again, it might behoove you to know what the heck you are talking about before spouting off with such erroneous information.

I realize that the LAX-LEC is "new" by terms, but do you care to cite case/point examples of HOW he "does NOT know how to drive results"?

I put the LAX-LEC as the only cohesive group out there!! That's even coming from the mouth of a 'certain' FO Rep from another LEC!!! The "others" who claim to be so, are merely "YES men/women" to JP.....YES, including the ones you mentioned above. I'm a firm believer in "Trust, But Verify". I can tell you that the Office on the Left Coast does a pretty damn good job of that too.....Maybe that's why "some" take notice??
