Possible T/A for MEC Review??

"Truly a game-changer"
I mean I keep seeing that in a lot of news stories and corporate communications and right out of El Jeffe's speech book. It is so interchangeable for a lot of things:
1. Merged airline
2. Brand new model airplanes
3. Contracts
4. Fuel prices
5. Frequent flyer program

Dear Pilots,
As you know, the company and ALPA have been meeting with the NMB for the last several weeks attempting to reach agreement on the remaining issues of the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement.
I am pleased to announce we have reached an Agreement in Principle (AIP) on all remaining issues. The agreement sets us up to take the final steps necessary to move all of our pilots to a new single Collective Bargaining Agreement.
There is still a lot of work to finalize the language of the AIP, and then it will be presented to the MECs, and to you. The negotiating teams will begin that process immediately.
Respectfully,
Fred

Scope needs to be broken down to details.
Will the Express carriers be flying a total of more or less seats. And will they be employing more or less pilots to do that.
I'm ok with 76 seat scope. With a HARD CAP, route restrictions and no loopholes where the company can violate the Hard Cap when there is some "event" they can in fact create.
