I'm voting no if Date-of-Hire isn't in the contract... oh, wait, wrong airline.

Default Incase you "missed it"

If you hadn't heard by now, "Freddy Abbott" wants to remind us all of the 'hard work' his team has put forth to procure this milestone....

CCS Sign-in Message:

Dear Pilots,

As you know, the company and ALPA have been meeting with the NMB for the last several weeks attempting to reach agreement on the remaining issues of the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I am pleased to announce we have reached an Agreement in Principle (AIP) on all remaining issues. The agreement sets us up to take the final steps necessary to move all of our pilots to a new single Collective Bargaining Agreement.

There is still a lot of work to finalize the language of the AIP, and then it will be presented to the MECs, and to you. The negotiating teams will begin that process immediately.

Respectfully,

Fred

Future terms espoused by company like fair, competitive, and flexibility would not be in their best interest.

That's all well and good, but my favorite is still their 'go to, catch all' phrase:
"Dignity & Respect".

Someone say, "Cue the deer"???
