If the negative rumors about this TA are correct and have us sell our scope for Delta - $1 JP, JH and all their minions need to go along with ALPA.

Default From an LEC blastmail

"The NMB retains jurisdiction of our case and has clearly stated that we must maintain our confidentiality during the remaining process, until the MEC releases the TA to the pilots. The NMB has also ruled that pilots will not be presented with the TA until the MEC votes to send it to the membership for consideration. The MEC has yet to have a meeting or conference call to discuss the conclusion of negotiations and information about their conclusions."

Makes the pilot group salivate more at the prospect of this abortion.

Can you please name the Council and Date.. would like to read it myself.
Didn't know the NMB can dictate Union Policy?

This needs to be looked at. If my (and my fellow Continental Pilots) wishes (per our Resolution) are not followed, and ALPA National does nothing about it- I WILL draft recall paperwork and WILL join on board any movement for Decert.

There, I said it.
