This flight is a sUAL operated trip. Not sure what their "reserve" coverage is here in EWR or their ability to VJM. And I like the line that their FO is in CVG~

Major weather in EWR on Sunday and many flights inbound to EWR diverted. Wouldn't surprise me if this FO was commuting in and diverted to CVG, or if he lives there never made it off the ground. Lots of us in holding an hour + in the afternoon/evening going into EWR on Sunday followed by diverts. It was a mess.
