Three Years Since CAL Amenable Date

Hard to believe that tonight at midnight three years have passed.

over $180,000 now owed to captains

over $100,000 now owed to first officers

Still ticking away.

193,000 bones for the wb f/o heroes pulling in 120 hrs per month. They don't need a JCBA, they need more Pierce TPA side deals.

It wasn't a TPA side deal. It was a CAL CONTRACT side deal solved via a CAL CONTRACT GRIEVANCE settlement. Besides I'm sure it was the CAL MEC who actually approved the "deal" as presented. Otherwise, I agree with your sentiment re the deal and the widebody heroes.

With Jay Ornstein doing all he can to aid Smisek & Co it will be three more years. Enjoy that MASSIVE PS check, but save some of it for your strike fund. He just gave the company the green light to wail on us individually for as long as they want.

Just how DOES one come back to a company and get his seniority number back anyway after working for Orenstein??

Retro pay needs to be negotiated into the NEW contract in order to cover the period from the end of the OLD contract. It will be interesting to see what is given up in exchange for that.

Question?? Are you guys still flying overtime? Picking up open flying to fill
your coffers? Do you call for jetway drivers? Do you call for rampers to marshall you in?? Is everything working on your aircraft? Comfortable with
that scosch fuel load on a 757 going to Europe?? Is anyone pushing the
leg length because they "can make it to EWR"? Hmmmmmm.....
