Three Years Since CAL Amenable Date

Right off the Happy 2012 page:
While we made a lot of progress integrating our two great carriers in 2011, we still have a year or more of work ahead. We will work hard to integrate our workgroups and, for those co-workers who are represented by unions, to achieve responsible joint collective bargaining agreements with as many workgroups as possible during 2012.
MX contract was responsible then...I am curious to what we are asking for vs. what is "responsible". What % increase (total package) did the MX folks get and how does that equate to our numbers.
And a better question is: What is a responsible CEO wage and bonus package? Wonder if that comes up in negotiations? Fair is Fair.

Responsible = cost neutral; any increase in one area results in a decrease in another
United Management Pay Explanation:
"Well, I don't set my pay. A compensation committee for the board of directors determines my pay based on a variety of factors such as the size of the company, pay comparisons with other Fortune 500 companies, company financial performance, plus other various performance metrics. So you see, I don't have a say in my pay as an executive. They just give me what they feel I deserve to have."
To management: If you think your pay is too excessive, there are several charities you can donate that extra cash to if you really don't want all that money. One of the ones I heard mentioned lately is Pilots for Kids. I'm sure that organization will even put you at the top of the donation list as the biggest donor.

You effectively killed Decision 83 in December 2010 and still can't figure out why you're holding a coccus bag with only two kidney beans inside. Wondering what might you have left to sell yourself for come February 2013? Behold to the naked emperor!!!

Dude, leave my coccus bag out of this. And, since that highschool wrestling accident, I only have one kidney bean.

DAL Negotiator's Notepad: "Retro Pay. Because the initial pay increase is effective January 1, 2016, every pilot with earned income in 2016 will receive a retroactive payment equal to 18% of his earned pay hours between January 1, 2016 and the Date of Signing of the new agreement. In addition, the Company will deposit 15% of this amount into the pilot’s DPSP account.
The table below shows the estimated total value of a pilot’s retroactive payment, assuming 916:40 pay hours between January 1, 2016 and November 30, 2016, assuming a Date of Signing of December 1, 2016 (83:20 per month, based upon 1,000 hours per year)."
