I'll say this again: YOU DID GET SOMETHING!!! AN EXTENSION OF THE THE TPA IN FORM OF FURLOUGH PROTECTION AND BLOCK HOUR RATIOS.(yes I am yelling for a reason) The CAL contract WAS NOT modified, we were granted an extension to the TPA.

I am going to bold and highlight this sentence: THE CAL PROFIT SHARING PLAN IS NOT THE SAME PLAN AS THE UAL PLAN The CAL plan provides FAR less in terms of dollars, my check last year was $3700 gross.

The purpose of this message is to expressly reserve all of our legal rights with respect to this matter.

Well she "ostensibly" protests so that should have the company running scared. In case you haven't heard, Continental is a law firm with a large fight department...

And the UALMEC was not out for a money grab with the whole "we want CAL payrates" You have any proof your chairperson didn't want furlough and block hour protection for her members? Now THAT would be a DFR case. The company says a lot of things, don't believe a word. How bout them ipads??

Oh I love thinly veiled scab references coming from brain surgeons. For the record, hired in 05 was in Jr High in 83-84. My daddy wasn't a scab or anyone else in my family for that matter. Got here solely based on my good looks.

OK, genius. Now get out a world map and look up "13N144E". Notice the little dotted line that says International Date Line? See that means it's a different day here. God I hope you only fly domestic...

In reference to what? What the hell does that even mean? Since you seem incapable of any kind of reasonable explanation that doesn't invoke "Facebook and giggling girls" I can only assume that it's in reference to your earlier post and you mean something like "no forgiveness" for the L-CAL. Again, no one asked for your forgiveness and no one cares.

"Look at the Big Brain on Brad-AKA Brett".....or should we have our man Samuel "L" change it to "Dexim"??
Check out the Big Brain on Brett - YouTube

Do you even what/or 'where" 13N 144E is??

The same 'guy' your "attempting" to cut down in the post above happens to live in that same 'area'. If you knew where 13N 144E was, it happens to be the "Lat/Long" location of a place called Guam.....a US Territory....Look into it.
Guam latitude/longitude

With all probability.....As you were reading his 10p CT post, with your feathers all amess as evidence of your post, he was already well into his 4PM "New Years Day Bloody Mary" having already ushered in 2012. You do realize Guam is "West" of the IDL, and currently +16hr to that of CT don't you?? So instead of "NO".....It would be "yes", the jokes on you.

Having a flare for the obvious, I'm sure you already knew these facts.
Happy New Year.
