Again, have not heard the FACTS.....but in the above, it can happen if a "Reserve Pilot" allows Scheduling to do so.

NOT saying this was the case....BUT having a Reserve Pilot allow Scheduling to play let's make a deal by way of moveing/altering an "Immovable Day OFF", in turn, to be restored later in the month to comply with 'min days off'......If that's the case, that Pilot could be construed in doing their part in the likes of the "VJM Winner" on a Reserve level by allowing Scheduling to do something they otherwise could NOT do over an Immovable Day.
