It's not a "24 Hour Fitness", "LA Fitness", or anything like that....but beats the heck outta the D-Tree.
"Anytime Fitness" off 1960. It's about 1/2 mile NE of the IAH East Cargo Ramp. When in town for training, I'll venture over there.....has everything you need for lifting-training/cardio.

Kristi and Brian Murphy are the owners. PM me and I can give you a good POC there. I teach spinning (indoor cycle) at one of there locations.
They don't advertise it, but they can write you guest passes good for two weeks at a time when traveling for any gold's nationwide. Gold's Houston is an independently owned gym with 6 locations in Houston. No pool though. I use the guest passes when traveling to an area that I know has a Gold's and I am planning on using it. Sometimes I just keep blank guest passes in my suitcase for Pop-up's.

Great info baseball! I'll look to take advantage of that if I'm in IAH for training. Is there anything good within walking distance of TK in DEN? I saw that there is a community rec center about 1.5 miles from TK on MLK that charges $6 per day for a walk in fee. Anyone know of anything that may be better or closer?
