CO Pass charges?

I don't disagree, she shouldn't have to pay extra to sit in the seat if it's otherwise empty.
But expecting to commute from BRU to EWR or anywhere in the US for free is a tad ridiculous too, especially for as an FA (not even sure why they are allowed to commute really).

I don't remember exactly when it started, but sometime during the late '90s (at the apex of the ESOP culture), ALL pass travel (regardless of class and int'l or dom) became free of company service charges at UAL. During the post-9/11 effort to cut costs/increase revenue, the service charges returned. After all we've endured over the last 10 years, having to pay to ride space A in First or Business is an insult. Epecially when you consider that this policy was imposed by the chosen few who get free Positive Space First Class travel for themselves and their families for LIFE.
