Not so over the last few days in LAX on the 756.
5 accepted JRM assignments in 2 days, bailing out the people refusing to give us a contract again, to line your winner pockets.

And people wonder how the company negotiators can be quoted as saying "what's the rush?" to get a contract.

What's the rush indeed........our winners are killing any motivation to negotiate while they make C2000 pay individually.

Thanks winners!
Don't forget to thank the lca's at the same time, doing just as much damage to all of us while helping themselves, hey come to think of it has been a common them at ual over the years.

Absolutely right, it needs to stop, now, across the board on both the UA and CO sides.

Also, have seen a couple LCA's get lined up and then happen to need to go on SL.

Just sayin'.

Good Point. In the last week, Screw Sked tried to jr man me 2 times (767 Cap UAL) one of which was via acars message which included incentive pay info. I wrote back "No thanks" I have refused ALL JR Manning and will continue to do so. However, some guys think they are hiding by having the company block their CALREC's - shameful!

Yup, thanks for saying no every time.

Oh and re: the calrec blockers, most know about the other command that reveals who's JRM'ing anyway.
So the JRM blockers end up looking like losers and cowards instead of just losers.....

JRM was agreed to by our union and it was not created by the *****s amongst us that benefit by it.

In fact the CAL ALPA full time reps benefit by the *****s amongst us in their trip loss each month. Their trip loss is not calculated by what they could hold in PBS, its calculated by an average of hourly pay and not what was actually flown in their BES

If they used the line production average that calculates our hours to be flown they would get a pay cut. Instead they came up with a formula to benefit by every single thing we get including each pilots VACATION.

When we have a vacation month and have more hours of pay and less hours of flying they also get a piece of our vacation pay in their pay.

They average in all JRM,TRNG VACATION and trips bought by flight ops into "their" pay. So don't expect it to change.

Jay Pierce pays himself well over 90 hours per month for his 3 day week and several of these pigs are getting paid 99 hours per month.

Going into this summer from hell the union is not going to ask the company to staff the airline as it should be, but they are going to pass another policy change to allow the full time reps to increase their pay to reflect the hours of the *****s and the overworked amongst us.

There has not been a change to our JCBA to eliminate JRM. So you are all wasting your time blowing off steam on a forum.

CALL AND WRITE YOUR REP and tell them what you want in the JCBA.

A union has two purposes and one would be to protect us from the company and the other to protect us from ourselves. Right now they are doing neither.

Now that was funny. Too wordy. 99% of the BS on this forum says NOTHING and when I post facts and information you call it too wordy.

Do you want to know what is happening with our contract and our union or are you a professional forum poster amusing your self with the freedom to attack everything and everyone with your anonymity?
