Just like always plenty of pilots that never fly but have all the answers plenty of management, special assignment and so on.

Fred's approach to the low staffing is make everyone who wants to be a managemant pilot a managemant pilot so when scheduling/CP says jump they say how high, and if you don't you're fired...... Could I be a management pilot? Maybe, but I would not put myself in a position to enforce this POS CAL contract we're working under. No way!!!!!!
